HomeExPro tracks users by the facility to which they are attached.
From the HomeExPro Main Page click on the “Add/Manage Users” tab or click on the “Users” tab at the top of the page.
Enter the user’s name and credentials as you wish it to appear on patient handouts as well as your patient’s exercise page. Enter the user’s password and then confirm it on the line below. Assign your user to a facility. Click the down arrow to display the list of all your facilities and click on the correct facility for this user.
Next, click on the down arrow next to the type of user and select the level of access you want this individual to have. If your user is a manager or medical provider, select manager from this drop-down list and then in the box below select “Yes” the provider is also a manager.
The last thing to enter is your provider’s e-mail address. HomeEx Pro will automatically generate a welcome letter to your provider telling him how to log onto HomeExPro. They will need their e-mail as well as the password you have created for them to log onto HomeExPro. Once you have added all the required data, click the “Accept” button to confirm.
NOTE: A provider can only be added one time. Each provider can only have one e-mail address since HomeExPro uses e-mail addresses to track all users.
